The 16th meeting of the Budget & Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of Punjab Health Initiative Management Company (PHIMC) was held on December 1, 2025, under the chairmanship of Dr. Shujat Agha, Former Federal Secretary & Dean NSPP. The meeting was attended by Dr. Saqib Aziz, CEO, Punjab Health Care Commission, while Mr. Azmat Mahmud, Secretary, Specialized Healthcare & Medical Education Department; Mr. Khurram Aziz, Additional Finance Secretary (Health & Agriculture); and Mr. Shafat Ali, Member (Health), P&D Board, joined online to provide guidance on efficient resource utilization and the long-term sustainability of PHIMC’s health initiatives.
Dr. Ali Razaque, CEO PHIMC, briefed the committee on financial planning, budget allocations, and fiscal strategies to ensure effective management of resources.
